Recognized by sales leadership for my sales process which was largely focused on obtaining and conducting effective meetings with C-Levels. As a result,  I was asked to visit other regions to present my process to those sales teams. 

Served as a Field Sales Coach and Mentor for new and onboarding reps for 10 years.  

Selected by Regional President of Sales to present my business plan to his entire region as an example of effective goal setting and strategy

Served as Interim Director for the Memphis Sales office for 6 months at the request of the Regional VP
